Just went in to remove my windsom tooth. I was so anxious because in the past I had few bad experience. My last winsdom tooth was removed in 4 hours, so I was expected the same time and I tried to find my power to do it.
I've never had such a good experience: less then 10 minutes and everything was done with zero pain. Mr Shahrokh Ali was amaizing. He explain me everything from the begining and I felt relaxed and confident.
Reception staff and dental staff were very friendly and made you fill "safe". Would recommend Brightside Dental to everyone!

A truly fabulous service from Ketan. Had a mouth guard made for snoring purposes in February and it has helped 100%.

As a once nervous patient who hadn't visited a dentist in 30 years, I am now a regular for several years at Brightside Dental, usually seeing Khetan as dentist and Mihaela for my periodical hygienist visits. Most recently after a broken tooth I had to make an appointment and was seen by Ronit. Due to my fear of the regular injection, I was introduced to 'The Wand'. Ronit explained the whole procedure to me thoroughly and was very gentle and observant of my needs. There is a small surcharge for the Wand but as I found out, definitely worth it. The procedure takes longer than the 'usual' anaesthetic injection, about 2 minutes, but you can hardly feel the very fine needle, it feels as if something cold is being held against your gum and on top of that we only used about a quarter of the equivalent anaesthetic as would have been for the regular injection. The anaesthesia is very focal and the rest of my jaw wasn't affected, only the tooth to be treated. Very happy that I found this surgery and hope to be here for many years hence, there will always be a little nervousness visiting any dentist but the whole atmosphere and the treatment given here very quickly puts you at ease. Whether a nervous patient or not I fully recommend Brightside Dental and the team there.

Not a fan of needles, the wand was offered as an alternative for administering the anaesthetic. This was totally pain/discomfort free - Ketan Shah and staff were very attentive and gentle throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Both children and I loved Dr Paarth Darbar. My two kids needed feelings and were a bit nervous before the visit. But everything went smoothly: they caught confidence and calmness of the doctor and relaxed during the procedure. Great service. Highly recommend!
