Had a replacement cap here recently.
I have been a patient for many years and the treatment is generally high quality. Occasionally things have gone wrong or gotten confused in billing but this is always managed with professional care and charm.
I would like to thank all staff on this visit for their patience and high quality treatment. I was a bit anxious of things going wrong as I'd had a previously unforseen disaster of a time. Teeth eh?
My new cap has settled nicely. Looks good too. I'm thrilled. Thanks all.

Meera and the team are fantastic. I was a terrified patient when I arrived a number of years ago. I’m still very nervous as that doesn’t tend to change, but with her patience and calm approach I have been able to manage my fear. There are many treatment options available, catering for all needs, at reasonable prices. The whole family now attends and I can’t recommend Meera enough.

A good reputation utterly deserved. I don't often feel the burning need to a write review but this dental practice deserves as much praise as possible. I have been visiting them for a few years now and I have never felt so much as twinge of pain or discomfort (I even fell asleep in the chair while having a root canal). Having recently immigrated to Sydney and now seeing other dentists, I can finally appreciate just how good Brightside are. They're on another level with their customer service, approach to pain control and patient care. I'm planning to align my dental work with holiday visits back to the UK, just so I can see these guys.

The service is a standard I cannot fault. Staff are so lovely and always accommodating with appointments. Wait times are low! A very calm environment and I feel completely at ease going. More importantly they do such a great job. Everything is explained, options at given and staff are honest. What more could you want!

Brightside Dental practice is conveniently located near Palmers Green railway station (Great Northern line from Moorgate) and only short bus rides (Nos. 121 and 329) from both Wood Green and Southgate tube stations. The practice is bright and clean, with very up-to-date equipment and well trained staff at all levels.

Everyone that works there is friendly, helpful and very professional. The dental practitioners take time to give you the best advice about oral health. Should you need treatment, they will talk you through all the options and give their recommendations - but will respect your decision if, for whatever reason, you opt for something different. They are very focused on making patients feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible, and on making the treatment as painless as possible.

I have always received excellent service and quality treatments, with highly competent specialists brought into the surgery to perform some of the more complicated procedures.

Friendly and professional practice throughout. I have had cleaning / stain removal, replacement fillings and a small chip to a back tooth filled. Options were explained, no pressure applied to pick one over the other and the work was efficiently and painlessly carried out.
Recommended.

I have not been to the Dentist in almost 20 years due to my phobia and bad gagging reactions.
I decided to go under sedation due to removal of my decaying chiped tooth.Upon arrival i was greeted by each staff member with a warm smile and assurance that i have nothing to worry about.
My consultant on the day was also amazing in making me feel relaxed and comfortable.
sedation is the best way to have your tooth removed if your like me with a big fear factor of going to the dentist
It was over in seconds.
I simply prasie all the professional staff members and thank them all.

Ketan and his team work hard to serve their clients. The environment is very nice. They have a range of payment plans and membership schemes. Consistently knowledgable reception staff. The hygienist is an angel and is possibly the most fantastic team member. I'm happy to be a regular client.

Just went in for 2 fillings and dreading it as I have massive dentist fear and I've never had such a good experience having work done at a dentist ever. Opted for the numbing wand instead of needle and seriously couldn't feel a thing throughout. I was just waiting for the pain to start and then all off a sudden it was done, no pain at all. Now afterwards my mouth is completely normal, no numbness or drooling which you get after the needle. All the staff are amazing from dentist, hygienists to receptionists. Couldn't recommend this place more. Just wish I'd started going here sooner! Thank you Brightside dental!
