I was extremely nervous to go to the dentist. I knew that i had issues that required treatment as soon as possible but my fear of dentists has made me postpone it many times.
I cam across Brightside Dental when googling for "nervous patient dentists" and the great reviews made me decide to book an appointment. It was one of the best decisions ever as Dr Ketan and his team are amazing! At the first appointment they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed although i was doing one of the scariest things of my life. The treatment was explained in details and i was assured it was going to be pain free. I honestly didn't believe it at first but now i can say that it is 100% true! If you are extremely nervous (like myself) then definitely go for the sedation option as you will peacefully fall asleep and remember nothing.
I truly recommend this clinic for all of you there that are still in doubt whether to visit a dentist or not, you will not regret it!

No pain whatsoever!
I visited Brightside today for a last minute appointment to have a filling done. It was my first time at Brightside, and I had a really possitive experience. The reception staff were lovely. The dentist, Dr. Shah, was very calm and thorough, he spent time on my teeth (not rushed) and explained what he was doing as he worked to keep me at ease.
My previous fillings by other dentists have been quite painful, but at Brighside I felt no pain whatsoever! I would definately reccomend this practice!

Amazing service from the entire team and a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
After decades of thinking about it, I've finally got my braces fitted and I couldn't be happier ! Dr Ketan Shah's professionalism, patience and kindness is flawless.
A friend had her braces done abroad but with the number of check ups and adjustments, mine worked out cheaper (and nicer !) than hers.
Couldn't endorse and recommend the clinic more ! Thank you all.

I needed a new retainer and these seemed to be the cheapest I could find - absolutely no problems, everyone was always really friendly I would definitely recommend!

Hi would never have thought that I would rate a dental practice as '5 star Loved it' but here I am doing so, because the service I received today from all staff - especially Manuela (apologies if I've spelled that incorrectly) and her great dental assistant was incredible. As a new patient, this was my first visit, coming in with searing pain and nervous as anything. I walked away feeling pain free, supported and informed. Thank you to a great team.

I hate going to the dentist like most people, but I have to say, they are amazing. They explain everything that's going to happen. I tried the wand instead of the traditional needle and it's fantastic. No pain at all. Highly recommend

Best service ever!! Reception staff are so helpful, rearranged appointments to fit me in so i didnt need to take time off from work. Practice manager always greets you with a smile and makes an effort to get to know his patients. Dental staff are so considerate towards patients and their needs. Would recommend brightside dental to everyone, actually look forward to going to the dentist because of their outstanding service!! Well done brightside ❤️

This dental clinic is absolutely amazing, I'm so glad that I chose them. All the people working there, they're so kind and friendly. I had broken molar tooth and it needed to be extracted. I was nervous, little scared of pain, but these guys are 100% professionals in what they do, pain free dentistry. While ago I would not believe anyone that the needless won't hurt, but I swear I did not feel it at all. Mr Shahrokh is very gentle dentist with awesome attitude to his patients. All I can is just recommend to anyone, you won't be disappointed. Thanks a lot Brightside dental :)

Friendly environment. Staff are very nice. Everybody make you feel very confortable, I was scare of pain because of very painful treatments before with other dentist but Dr Ketan make it totally painless and I had a root canal! Also they fit you in when it s most convenient for you and I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment. Very happy with their service I highly recommend it.
