This was my first visit to Brightside and it was a breath of fresh air! Super kind and considerate communication, I felt clear on what was happening and why, I was consulted throughout on my comfort by Dr Parth, Mihaela and Amanda (and very patient reception team when I had a card malfunction!) a huge difference to the dentist experience I am Used to - 10/10

All paperwork sent by email before the appointment so when I arrived there was nothing to do, friendly receptionist. The hygenist was very experienced and gentle and discussed my teeth and the best way to clean them. I came out with beautifully cleaned teeth, thoroughly recommend this practice.

Krystal - an absolute star!
I popped in the other day to collect some retainers, calling ahead and spoke to Krystal. I was in a hurry and she made a special effort to ensure my package was ready when I arrived and we still had time for a quick chat. Krystal always takes an interest in the lives of the patients and that's one of the things that really stands out from the team at Brightside Dental, the service is so personal. I've had a lot of appointments lately, whilst simultaneously having to be in and out of London a lot and Krystal has really helped to manage my appointments to minimise the travelling and make things as stress free as possible. She's an absolute gem and Brightside Dental is my forever dental home!

Wisdom teeth extraction
This morning I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted and although I was nervous Shahrokh Ali and nurses made the whole procedure very calm and painless. Unfortunately later in the day I had complications with further bleeding and called to see if I could return to the clinic to be checked. It was near closing time on a Friday and the clinic stayed open to welcome me back for stitches. Shahrokh Ali and his nurse made me comfortable and allowed me time to recover & check the procedure and had been successful. 5 star treatment! Thank you to all the team.

The Best Dentists I've Ever Had!
I have had horrendous problems with my teeth over the years, not so much because they were inherently bad but because I have consistently had bad luck with the dental practices I've had. At last I feel like that trend has changed with Brightside Dental. From the outset, the team has been helpful, supportive, informative and have carried out the best quality dentistry I've experienced, be it surgery or hygiene. After two replacement crowns and repeated hygienist appointment my teeth at long last look and feel healthy again.
