Dr Ketan Shah and his team were absolutely brilliant, I went from barely sleeping the night before my first consultation on Thursday, to enjoying root canal (as much as you can enjoy root canal surgery) on the Saturday

I've been a patient of Ketan for 3 years since moving into the area with no prior dental visit in this country. My entire dental work up and hygienist visits have been with Brightside and I have no reservation in recommending this practice.

As a physician myself I find the dentists at Brightside operating to very high standards; the patient - dentist interactions is smooth and treatment options are explained clearly, I feel my decisions on treatments were informed and based on reliable advice. Ketan and his colleagues have been respectful and patient with questions - at no point did I ever feel they were rushing through a clinic list.

The treatment themselves are performed at a very professional level in a caring environment. I'm fully satisfied with my procedures and have suffered from no complications to date.

Finally, what is truly amazing about this practice is a very positive environment attributed to a team of cheerful and stress-free individuals. Ultimately as service-users we are offered an experience, and Ketan's true talents lies within his ability to locate and recruit a team full of dedicated, hard-working and happy individuals - this make the experience truly exceptional.

One of the best expereinces I have ever had. Very professional and thorough. I was seen by the dentist called Narem (not sure about spelling). He did not only do a regular check up but checked for cancer etc. He also works in hospital, so he is very experienced. Everything was explained to me in detail so I could make informed choices about treatment options. Everyone is really friendly. Definitely recommend it!

Extremely tidy and clean studio, friendly staff, explanation troughout the whole process (in my case I needed three fillings to amend cavities). Cristal clear about pricing and different possible options. They also confirm your appointment via sms and a phone call and call you back the next day to see if everything is in good order. Would definitively recommend, very happy!

With great shock I realised I had not seen my hygienist Michaela for nearly 8 months. I usually book in every 4 months.
I quickly made an appointment to see her today and thought as I had not been for a while it was going to hurt but needless to say she was caring, professional and did a first class job with descaling and cleaning my teeth that left me wanting to smile at everyone.... my teeth at last I felt were sparking and worth showing off.

I've been a patient for a couple of years now and have always been very pleased with the treatment I've received from Ketan and his team. Having been slightly nervous about going to the dentist in the past, I have no such problems now having had some fairly complex work done such as a root canal procedure and an extraction and these along with the regular check ups have always been done with minimal fuss, have always been fully explained and Ketan and the team always do the best they can to make the procedures as comfortable as possible.

I travel a long way to come to this surgery and will continue to do so for the quality of care. Highly recommended.

A history of putting off dental treatment (due in part to less than ideal dental experiences) meant I had quite a substantial backlog of work to be done including extractions.
However meeting Ketan changed all that, and my visits no matter what treatment I am undergoing has transition (from my former anxiety and fear) to one of curiosity and even enjoyment.
Ketan's relaxed, confident and very professional approach means I know I am in safe hands, and I can wholeheartedly recommend his services, as well as those of the wonderful team at Brightside Dental.
