Brightside Dental

Hi would never have thought that I would rate a dental practice as '5 star Loved it' but here I am doing so, because the service I received today from all staff - especially Manuela (apologies if I've spelled that incorrectly) and her great dental assistant was incredible. As a new patient, this was my first visit, coming in with searing pain and nervous as anything. I walked away feeling pain free, supported and informed. Thank you to a great team.

I hate going to the dentist like most people, but I have to say, they are amazing. They explain everything that's going to happen. I tried the wand instead of the traditional needle and it's fantastic. No pain at all. Highly recommend

Best service ever!! Reception staff are so helpful, rearranged appointments to fit me in so i didnt need to take time off from work. Practice manager always greets you with a smile and makes an effort to get to know his patients. Dental staff are so considerate towards patients and their needs. Would recommend brightside dental to everyone, actually look forward to going to the dentist because of their outstanding service!! Well done brightside ❤️

Ketan is an excellent dentist and takes care to explain treatment options clearly. It’s a good practice overall and its facilities have been very much upgraded over the last few years.

This dental clinic is absolutely amazing, I'm so glad that I chose them. All the people working there, they're so kind and friendly. I had broken molar tooth and it needed to be extracted. I was nervous, little scared of pain, but these guys are 100% professionals in what they do, pain free dentistry. While ago I would not believe anyone that the needless won't hurt, but I swear I did not feel it at all. Mr Shahrokh is very gentle dentist with awesome attitude to his patients. All I can is just recommend to anyone, you won't be disappointed. Thanks a lot Brightside dental :)

Friendly environment. Staff are very nice. Everybody make you feel very confortable, I was scare of pain because of very painful treatments before with other dentist but Dr Ketan make it totally painless and I had a root canal! Also they fit you in when it s most convenient for you and I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment. Very happy with their service I highly recommend it.

Dr Ketan Shah and his team were absolutely brilliant, I went from barely sleeping the night before my first consultation on Thursday, to enjoying root canal (as much as you can enjoy root canal surgery) on the Saturday

I've been a patient of Ketan for 3 years since moving into the area with no prior dental visit in this country. My entire dental work up and hygienist visits have been with Brightside and I have no reservation in recommending this practice.

As a physician myself I find the dentists at Brightside operating to very high standards; the patient - dentist interactions is smooth and treatment options are explained clearly, I feel my decisions on treatments were informed and based on reliable advice. Ketan and his colleagues have been respectful and patient with questions - at no point did I ever feel they were rushing through a clinic list.

The treatment themselves are performed at a very professional level in a caring environment. I'm fully satisfied with my procedures and have suffered from no complications to date.

Finally, what is truly amazing about this practice is a very positive environment attributed to a team of cheerful and stress-free individuals. Ultimately as service-users we are offered an experience, and Ketan's true talents lies within his ability to locate and recruit a team full of dedicated, hard-working and happy individuals - this make the experience truly exceptional.

One of the best expereinces I have ever had. Very professional and thorough. I was seen by the dentist called Narem (not sure about spelling). He did not only do a regular check up but checked for cancer etc. He also works in hospital, so he is very experienced. Everything was explained to me in detail so I could make informed choices about treatment options. Everyone is really friendly. Definitely recommend it!
