We have only just registered. Both myself and my daughter get severe anxiety around dentist even just going into a practice is sets off out anxiety, (due to some really bad experiences,)
The reception were second to none and made us feel so welcome and were very understanding already put at ease, the appointment was quick infact the very next day, again my daughters anxiety kicked in and she got very upset. Her dentist spike to us talked us through and she became still nervous but calmer from our experience and the way the dentist was understanding it left us feeling more comfortable and my daughter has requested to keep to the same dental nurse for each appointment this just goes to show that he clearly made her much more comfortable after just 1 visit.
