Brilliant service from Dr Mansi Patel - she ensured I was well informed regarding my dental issues and spent a whole consultation discussing my dental history and reviewing my previous scans. She provided the means to communicate out of hours, if I had any further queries.
She demonstrated empathy and encouraged collaborative decision making throughout. This is a refreshing approach, speaking from someone who's a healthcare professional. Would recommend!

I had an appointment to get my filling changed to the white filling which was highly advised due to it's appearance and durability.
Dr Romain was the one who did my filling, the procedure and after care were explained to me throughly and the filling looks absolutely amazing, the difference between my tooth and the filling is unrecognisable, I'm extremely happy Dr Romain was the one to do it as it had a beautiful outcome.

The Dental Care Centre, in particular Dr Roman Prasad has been my dentist for the last four years.
I have been so pleased with my treatment by Dr Prasad, that I urged my elderly patents to use the centre’s services also.
Gillian (the centre’s Manger) as well as receptionists Tremaine, and Debbie are fantastic, and their courteous professionalism is evident every time I call. They not only ask not only how I am, but my daughter too. I feel like over this brief period of time that I know them all.
In short, I could not fault my treatment, from initial appointment request, to treatment, a pleasure to be be seen, and received by them.

This has been my dentist for years. I am a very very anxious patient and they have always been understanding of that.
The receptionists are very friendly and very supportive. Gillian has taken time to talk me through appointments I have had for extractions when I have been extremely nervous which really really helped alot and calmed my anxiety.
Dr Sheraz is very warm, understanding and friendly which always helps to calm my anxiety. So grateful to have found a dental care centre I can feel comfortable with.

Dental Care Centre have been amazing, especially during this pandemic and lockdown. I have received emergency treatment quickly. The practice telephoned several times to check on me. I am particularly grateful and appreciate the service of Gillian and Dentist (Romaine) who despite the challenges of covid-19 regulations prepared urgent referral for my son who requires surgery. We were required to attend for x-rays and became aware of the covid-19 measures in place. The practice are unable to provide check-ups or any fillings at this time, and funding their own PPE for staff and patients. I appreciate Dental Care Centre's commitment for health and hope the government provides the all clear soon.

A fabulous institution, I thoroughly recommend you visit this establishment for your dentistry needs.
Greeted initially by friendly staff which is always a good sign of a practice that values you as a patient.
My dentist Dr K Kolar who will be overseeing and performing my Invisalign treatment is a consummate professional who seems to care about his profession and understands my concerns. He gives his utmost to provide a fair and impartial consultation every time I‘m sitting in the hot seat.
I have to say good dentists don’t come by too frequently and for wanting a better word but I’ve been shafted by some ‘cowboys’ in the past. No such problem here! If you’ve got any reservations, cast them aside and give him a go.
I haven’t had the chance to be treated by anyone else at the practice but needless to say, I wouldn’t go elsewhere. Keep up the good work.
