My experience
Whenever I see the dentist I always have to ask for a scale despite nhs clearly stating that it's included in the price. I have really good teeth and look after them conscientiously, so giving me a scale would contribute to their health.
I almost feel that the dentist resents me for asking.

I was treated with respect
The visit to the dental practice was good. I was a bit nervous but I felt I was treated with respect. I had a filling done and now feel that the filling is slightly higher than what the tooth was before that it my only concern now. Apart from that it was all good.
