Vanessa and her assistant - their kindness and patience made this my best, calmest, least stressful dental procedure ever (I am dental phobic and claustrophobic). Thank you both - wonderful service!

Appointment with Dr. Hugo Hagen, friendly skilled and helpful

I had to book an urgent appointment to resolve a problem with one of my Crowns (not connected to work done by this Practice).
I rang reception and an appointment was made for that afternoon with Dr. Hugo Hagen
I was seen exactly on time and the problem was completely resolved within 30 minutes
Result: one very happy client and I cannot praise too highly the friendly and helpful reception staff and the skills of Dr. Hugo Hagen...Thank you everyone.
