Very sympathetic

Difficult root canal procedure as ‘hot pocket’ was infected and significant pain. Matteo and his assistant were very sympathetic, patient, and professional. I felt like I was in good hands.

Constantly reassuring throughout

The receptionists, especially Temi, were warm and welcoming and were keen to find me the best dates. Dr Matheus Prado was exceptional, discussed my options without rushing me. He was very skilled and did a great job on a difficult tooth. His assistant was kind and constantly reassuring throughout the treatment.
