I have recently had some amazing dental work done by Dr Hagen and his wonderful team. I can only say I was relaxed, reassured and completely comfortable with the whole experience, his expertise is second to none and I have found someone who I will continue to use for future dental treatments..

I want to start off by saying I have always had anxiety when it comes to visiting the Dentist. On this occasion, I was pleasantly surprised at how calm and excited I felt when entering Highgate Dental Practise, having done my research, hearing many great things about this particular Practise.

I was welcomed and greeted by the Reception Manager Tia Jeilani who is a ray of sunshine on a gloomy day. Her instant warmth calmed me as she took me to the beautiful back garden to wait to be seen. A simple genuine greeting can be the reason for a long lasting great experience.

Moments later I met the illustrious Hugo Hagen who came to greet me in the garden to personally take me to the surgery. Another small but important touch to your dental experience. The dental nurse, Egle was also very charming hence why I got in the seat quicker than ever before as I felt both of them knew exactly what I wanted even before I needed to explain. Both Hugo and Egle were SUPER lovely and accommodating.

I came for an aesthetic adjustment which many prior dentists failed to accomplish. I was impressed by Hugo’s attention to detail and pursuit to get me the perfect result, which of-course he did. It was super comfortable, painless and quick. The best aesthetic results I have ever had.

I left smiling from ear to ear, ecstatic with my new smile. A game changing experience! I will be recommending all my clients, colleagues, friends and family to book with this practise only.

I’ve been going to Highgate Dental practice for over 20 years. When I arrived my teeth were a mess. I have had the full range of treatments- extractions, implants, and now thankfully a healthy mouth with a great smile and ongoing dental hygiene care. If you are looking for a practice with the highest professional skill and attention to detail you won’t find anyone better. No cutting of corners here. It’s been worth it beyond words to describe. I needed emergency treatment for extreme toothache and contacted the Highgate Dental Practice where I was given an appointment within two hours. The dentist quickly and accurately diagnosed the source of the problem, an abscess growing under a filled tooth, and the necessary extraction of the tooth was swift and painless. The dentist was reassuring and attentive to my need for a holistic approach to my dental care and has provided an estimate for a future treatment plan. I was very relieved and happy with treatment I received.

Before I went to see Dr Hagen I never opened my mouth on photos. Hugo was then highly recommended and I haven’t looked back since….I would recommend him to anyone who is concerned about their smile. I had full mouth rehabilitation with no drilling required. He is the complete professional and passionate about his patient care.

Very friendly staff, especially the lovely young lady at the reception, clean and efficient dental practice. Would highly recommend.

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Hagen for botox treatment. I have been his patient for almost 15 years and will never look elsewhere. His knowledge and expertise are admirable. Before I had my teeth fixed by Dr Hagen, I rarely posed for photographs. On the few occasions that I did, I thought I looked dreadful. I hated my teeth and did my utmost to hide them from everyone. I am now a lot more confident and can't stop smiling and showing my teeth in photos.
I find the staff at Highgate Dental Practice to be warm and welcoming, the surroundings pleasant and the state of the art equipment fascinating. I just love the temperature guns in the hall.

My wife and I have been with Highgate Dental Practice since 2016 when we moved in closeby. We have never looked back. It really is a superbly run, professional and friendly outfit from the moment you step in and speak to the charming and ever helpful support staff. Our dentist, Vanessa, is over and above the best dentist either of us have ever had and we would quickly run out of superlatives to describe just how good she is. She really is the ultimate professional as well as being a bloomin lovely and caring person. Vanessa has made both of us feel so special and welcome from the first day we met and we feel so happy and secure that we, moreover our teeth and oral health, are in her good hands. But more than this, we must admit we genuinely both become rather excited when the time rolls around and it's that time again to visit the dentist, to have our check-ups and we can look forward to a little catch up chat with Vanessa (we clearly don't get out much since getting married!). But seriously, Vanessa is such a huge asset to the practice. It feels as if she has been our family dentist for years. One thing for sure is that we won't be moving practice. We used to just walk to the practice but now having recently moved to East London, miles away, we have to catch the train but Highgate Dental will always be our practice and it's a nice feeling to know that. PS The hygienists are great too and well worth a visit when you go for a check up.
