Calm, kind and professional
My experience was amazing. I was so nervous. Vanessa and her dental nurse (sorry I can’t remember her name) were so kind to talk me through all the procedures at each stage. The whole experience was calm, kind and professional. Thank you

Excellent dentist
After seeing another excellent dentist for over 20 years, who recently retired, I was hoping to find another friendly, professional, low-intervention dentist. I was immediately reassured by Hugo, he was all of the above. I came out feeling hugely relieved to have found another pragmatic, professional, expert dentist.
The reception staff were also friendly and the surgery was very nice in a lovely location.

I loathe going to the hygienist: I find it a very uncomfortable experience in general BUT today I was seen by Rupi Gill and she was not only gentle but a pleasure to meet. After that, my yearly appointment with the wonderful Hugo... a checkup and another friendly face along with his delightful assistant. A much more pleasant experience than I had anticipated. I have booked my next appointment already.
