I was especially thrilled that I could have both my Invisalign and veneers treatments done in one place. High quality treatment
I saw Hugo twice over the past month to replace a large filling that had come loose. I was seen on time, given a good amount of anaesthetic and handled with care (as always). I felt I received very high quality treatment and am more than satisfied.

Scale and polish
My daughter went for a scale and polish and it was £130 including some toothpaste. Seems very expensive for a 16 year old girl.

We have a children's rate for under sixteens and then the adult rate for 16 and over. This applies to both hygiene and dental examination visits. We have charged the same hygiene fees and dental examination fees that we charged pre -covid.

As I get older accessibility is an issue. A bannister on the wall to the top floor would be good. Entrance is a challenge up those very steep stairs. Do you have an arrangement with another practice when necessary?
A gentle reminder front of house is very important.

Thank you for your review and the valuable comments. We have two bannisters ready to be installed for the top floor. We can also advise that you ask for a hygiene appointment with one of the hygienists in the basement surgery. Sadly the outside stairs are part of the listed building. We are however happy to help with access when needed. There are a few options for practices with easy access. Many Thanks
