Friendly and reassuring

I saw Jack, a hygienist at New Cross Dental Practice. He really was exceptional. I found him professional, very personable, clearly very knowledgeable. I was most impressed by the treatment I received, it was superb. Jack was able to complete a deep clean of my teeth (scale and Polish), and had time to talk to me about a potential issue he had spotted, offered advice about addressing this by improving my cleaning technique and advice regarding next steps. All in our allotted appointment time. I love being an active participant in managing my health and I was impressed and appreciative of the information I received which Jack sent to me in an email, for me to reflect/ act on in my own time.
I will definitely be following the advice I was given and will be returning to Jack for further treatment in the further. Thank you Jack!!

I was very impressed
My recent round of treatment involved several procedures, including crowning, referral for extractions, and filling a broken front tooth.
