Competent and kind
I have been attending this venue for many years. It has changed hands, but remains well-managed and the dentists I have been allotted have always been competent and kind. I trusted them and this means I still have respect and trust in this practice overall.

My experience was fantastic. The admin staff were wonderful with me. I was in severe pain with my tooth i saw an emergency dentist and he was very supportive towards me ... i didn't feel anything pain when he removed my tooth i was so happy and appreciated thank you .I would recommend 10/10

I am not a fan of the dentist, but my dentist and the lady that helps him are amazing. They have so much patience and ALWAYS listen to me. The atmosphere is friendly and calm and if you have anxiety like me this is the place to go. I would not change my dentist for anything. Thank you for all the patience you have with me. 💗😄

I have autism and anxiety, so going to the dentist has always been a huge fear of mine — something I avoided at all costs. But my experience at New Cross Dental Practice has genuinely changed that.
From the moment I walked in, the lovely ladies at the reception were so kind and understanding. They gave me a pep talk, reassured me, and gently talked me through what to expect. They even introduced me to the dentist beforehand, which helped ease my nerves.
The dentist and assistant were absolutely amazing — so gentle, patient, and accommodating. They took the time to sit with me before and after the appointment, answered all of my (sometimes silly) questions without judgment, and made me feel safe and heard throughout.
I truly can’t express how thankful I am to have found this team. They’ve changed the way I see dental care, and I no longer feel so afraid. New Cross Dental Practice is filled with truly special people, and I feel incredibly lucky to have been in their care.
