Kind and supportive

I’m currently having Invisalign treatment with Dr. Neel and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. Some of the sessions are quite long, and I’ve often had to bring my baby with me - Dr. Neel and the team have been incredibly kind and supportive, always going the extra mile to help, whether it’s putting on the TV for her or even rocking her if she gets upset. The dental work is done quickly, professionally, and to a really high standard, which means I’m in and out as efficiently as possible. I feel genuinely well looked after. Thank you!

Very happy with my experience

I had my usual check up with Dr Filipa Rodrigues, and again very happy with my experience, she listened to me and dealt with all my concerns appropriately and professionally.

They are really good here. All the staff from the reception team onwards are always really friendly and helpful, and never rush you. I’ve had only positive experiences from both the dentists I’ve seen there and it always feels like they remember you from last time and take a real interest in all their patients.

My child felt calm and reassured

The dentist Ellen McGibbon and all staff in the room and at reception are really friendly! She took her time to answer our questions and had already looked at our files, which meant that me and my child felt calm and reassured. Particularly for our little one that is great, as she is building a positive experience of going to the dentist. Would recommend!
