Reception staff are always very helpful and friendly.
Hygienist Victoria and Dr Nikil have really helped me with my fear of the dentist and massively improved my teeth and gums.

I was seen by Mr Himal Hirani and I cannot thank him enough. I was nervous and I thought it was a difficult procedure. He was attentive and communicative and super confident which calmed my nerves somewhat. Absolutely fantastic and I cannot commend him highly enough. Going to any dentist is not a pleasurable experience but believe me Mr Hirani made it as a pleasurable experience one could receive.

The Dentist explained what she was doing or going to do, I took my 8-year-old daughter and she seems to understand what's happening.

My experience was great, I was seen exactly at my appointment time. The two dentists were polite and explained to me what was going to happen. The hygienist showed care while doing the work and didn’t take to long.

I am very satisfied with the hygiene cleans of my teeth and implants. They were all very kind, respectful and professional. Also, their advice was very helpful. They knew my case before letting me in and asked the right questions, giving me the time to answer in details and to ask some questions myself.

I wanted to share my experience following my first appointment today, Tuesday 22/04/25, with Dr. Hajirah Mir.
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff at the reception. They made the check-in process smooth and efficient, which helped ease my nerves. The dental nurse was also very professional and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the appointment.
Although I was initially nervous, Dr. Mir’s calm and professional approach put me at ease. We discussed my teeth grinding issues and explored solutions such as a mouth guard, and also touched on the possibility of facial aesthetics for the Masseter muscle in the future. I truly appreciated the thoroughness with which these options were explained.
Additionally, I was referred for wisdom tooth removal, which I’m thankful for, especially after having a bad experience in the past. It’s reassuring to be addressing the issue proactively rather than waiting for complications to arise.
Overall, I’m very happy with the care I received and feel confident that I’ve found a dentist I can trust for my ongoing treatments. I look forward to continuing my care at New Cross Dental Practice.
