Friendly, thorough dentists who offer a choice of treatments where appropriate. Consideration for problems, mine is gagging when instruments are placed in my mouth, the dentist is understanding and patient.

My experience

All the staff here are lovely, including ladies at reception, dental nurses and dentists! The only thing I feel every time I come, appointments is so rushed. All the dentists (I've seen a few!) give you information and speak way too quickly to be able to take it it. They always seem really rushed. Please give them more time for their appointments! It doesn't fill you with massive confidence if the service is so rushed. Also sometimes it feels like a hard sell is done for products- a bit off putting too. Nonetheless, still a good service.

I've been a customer at this dental practice for a few years now and everyone has been very professional, friendly and they never try to sell you something you don't need. Receptionists are great!
I used to work for a dentist and I appreciate quality and that they explain well what needs to be done.
My most recent experience is with Dr Himal Hirani who is always very professional and detailed.

Excellent service

I have been attending New Cross Dental Practice since I was a child and now I take my son. I wouldn't change this dentist for the world! Excellent service, all staff are polite and welcoming. The Dentist outside and inside is clean and refreshing, sometimes you might even forget you're actually in a surgical environment. Keep it up New Cross Dental Practice.

Fully explains the treatments

I've struggled for years to find a dentist that makes me feel relaxed and fully explains the treatments I need and all the options, including the different prices and doesn't seem like they are charging me for unnecessary work or extortionate prices. Also takes the fear away when getting work done. Everyone is great here from the receptionist to the nurses and dentists.
