The Dentist was absolutely amazing
My 1st time at New Cross Dental Practice, after being recommended. 1st impressions, it was very clean, bright and airy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I was greeted with a smile which straight away settles your nerves.
Booking in was quick and straightforward and plenty of seating area, also very clean.
The Dentist was absolutely amazing, very gentle, explained everything as she was doing it, and then what the plan of action was.
I left the dentist with a very happy and content knowing my next visit will be just as relaxed as thee 1st
I would highly recommend New Cross Dental Practice.

So impressed
I am so impressed with Roxy - with her professionalism, her communication, everything about her. She seems to be more thorough than some of the other hygienists, and here's an example - she's the only hygienist who told me to bend the tipi brushes so that I can use them from behind my teeth as well as from the front.

Very good patient centred dental staff
A lost filling resulted in a need for a crown. The dentist Jack (new to me as my usual great dentist was on maternity leave ) was very clear on options, potential issues and talked me through every part of the procedures taking great care. The surgery certainly has very good patient centred dental staff. I’ve never as an issue in 9 years for myself or my son.
