Everything was well explained

It was a good experience, as always. Everything was well explained, and the mouth guards fit well. It was a bit trickier to make in comparison with my previous one, but I was told it will settle.

The Service I receive at New Cross dental practice is 2nd to none, My Hygienist is very Thorough in what she do by explaining everything in details, gives good practical advice and a thorough clean. I always leave the practice feeling satisfied and happy.

As someone who is terrified of the dentist, I thoroughly recommend Dr Hirani. He took the time to listen to my concerns and fears, and made treatment recommendations suited to me. I attended this week for treatment for a broken tooth which I had been dreading, but he made the experience manageable and took the time to explain the each step of the procedure and told me we could take a break if needed, which miraculously I didn’t. I’m very grateful to him for his calm and understanding manner.
