Good friendly service

Offered friendly, informed service.Let me know the treatment required at each stage of action. Was a competent, skillful, sensitive dentist. Felt at ease in their company. Always checked if I was feeling pain and stopped until I felt comfortable to continue treatment. Gave advice about continued gumb and teeth care. Didn't discriminate because I was nhs. I would highly recommend practice.

Dental exams and cleaning

I recently visited Dr Ellen McGibbon for a check-up and cleaning, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. As a patient who is currently 23 weeks pregnant, I was a bit anxious about dental procedures, but the Dentist and the staff were incredibly understanding and accommodating. Also she provided me good advice on maintaining dental health during pregnancy, which I found extremely helpful.

Tooth cap

Both visits to get my tooth capped went very smoothly and painlessly. I was very impressed with the expertise of the dentist and her ability to relax me and explain what she was doing in detail.

I have been seeing Roxana at the New Cross Dental Practice for a couple of years now and she's always offering her best practice. The experience is so relaxing yet efficient. Roxana is a meticulous and caring practitioner who goes the extra mile to give you her very best. I've learnt so much from her regarding ways in which I can look after my teeth. Fitting of new denture

I was seen by Dr Filipa Rodrigues today to have my new dentures fitted. She is always very professional and efficient and makes me feel very comfortable whenever I come in to see her. She made sure my new dentures fitted properly and that I was confident in putting them on and taking them off effectively. I was very happy.

I just want to leave a review for the wonderful service I received from Dentist Serena Mayor and her assistant.
It was my first time having a filling and they were so professional, put me at ease and did a great job.
I hope this gets back to her as she deserves the praise and recognition.
Just a big thank you and excellent service.
The NHS is lucky to have staff like that and hope to keep more NHS dentists going providing such a great service!
