Quick, efficient
Going to the dentist is not on my list of the most enjoyable experiences. At New Cross the whole team are friendly, professional and show genuine levels of empathy which is very reassuring, they are quick, efficient and genuinely put the patient first.

Hygienist 3 monthly service
Victoria and her assistant were welcoming and made me feel relaxed. Before treatment Victoria explained why and what she intended to do and gave me a choice of anaesthetic or not. The clean was very thorough. Choices and information were given for follow up services . Discussions took place re improvement of my daily oral health care in a pleasant manner.
