My experience and treatment at New Cross Dental Practice was amazing and satisfying. There was a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the room. The dental technicians were understanding, patient and kind each time I had a procedure done. I received clear explanation of what was going to be done. The receptionist were polite and welcoming each time I visited.

The best dentist I have had
I am always pleasantly surprised at the level of service from my dentist, because they always go a little bit beyond what you'd think was expected. That's the dentists, to the reception staff, they all genuinely want you to have the best service and it is really great. I've moved 6 miles away from the dentist, which I used to live 5 mins cycle from. There must be 100 other dentists between my house and New Cross Dental Practice, but I'll never leave.

As far as tooth extractions go, I had a great experience. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Ellen was very competent and reassuring, I felt like I was in very safe hands. I would recommend this practice.

Super warm welcome at reception on arrival, was then seen straight away by the dentist. Appointment went smoothly and the dentist was very efficient with her checks and questions.
