My dentist was Roshni, she was so personable and had impeccable customer services skills. I felt heard and she had so much patience. I have been there a few times and have always left feeling well informed of my next steps.
The receptionist staff are also so welcoming and polite, i never worry about having a bad experience at New Cross dental practice

I did my Invisalign with Dr Filipa over the last couple years. She has been incredible, explaining the whole process and all I needed to know thoroughly and clearly throughout the entire time. She had great tips about the use and daily life with Invisalign, and the results are amazing. I’m really happy with how my teeth turned out!
Dr Filipa also did other work (cavities and cleaning) and she was always professional, on time, and caring, as dentists should. I ended up also doing teeth whitening and the process was clearly explained, including limitations of drinking/eating while doing the treatment.
The practice is a busy practice but I’ve had no issues with my appointments - they were accommodating too when I had to reschedule due to illness!
I’d recommend this practice, but most of all, would recommend Dr Filipa for any Invisalign and teeth related matters!

Check up and concern over possible tooth abscess
I have been coming to New Cross Dental Practice for about 10 years now and have always been impressed by their professionalism and competence. They explain what they are going to do in a clear and friendly way and are able to taske a longer term and holistic approach rather than intervening at the first sign of trouble. I am an NHS patient, but previously had private dental care until I could no longer afford it. I have never regretted the move in coming to New Cross Dental Practice, in fact quite the opposite.
