Roxana is a fantastic hygienist. Due to some health issues I have a very challenging mouth to navigate but she is extremely patient, considerate and kind. She is extremely thorough, gives you excellent advice and makes you feel very relaxed (she has great taste in calming music!). By far the best hygienist I have found in 20+ years living in London. Very happy with other members of the dental team too. Daniel was brilliant and much missed!

What a glowing reference for hygienist Roxana, I shall pass on these kind words to her. Daniel will be missed having been involved with the practice for almost 10 years. The transition for his patients' care has been seamless and we can assure them that they are in safe hands with the current team.
Emergency repair filling
Needed to have emergency filling as the old filling had fallen out. Treatment was very prompt, the online booking process is easy to use, receptionists are really welcoming and the dentist and dental assistant made me feel at ease, and gave good advice and full treatment. I have always received excellent care on all visits at the New Cross practice.

Excellent care and incredibly friendly staff. The dentist made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment and explained everything very clearly for me. The reception staff are incredibly kind and helpful too.

Can't say I enjoyed the experience of having a filling but Dr McGibbon did an excellent job, as always. They are always very patient and take time to explain everything carefully which is very reassuring.
Reception staff and nurses are also always welcoming and helpful. I can't think of a better place to have an invasive oral procedure.

Great experience, the dentistry is very clean, receptionists are nice professional and efficient. Dr Himal Hirani is professional and extremely skilled, he reassured me throughout the procedure and made sure I was kept informed and at ease during the process. By following the after care advise I didn't experience any after pain. Highly recommend! Crystal

Friendly, courteous, and professional

Very pleased with services at New Cross Dental Practice
I found it very easy to join the practice about 4 years ago. I was recommended by a friend. Very impressive service from the dentist and dental hygienist. I do not get anxious about coming to the dentist.
