Having always been nervous about the dentist this practice has always been sympathetic and always professional! Lovely reception staff always welcoming and polite.

Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. My hygienist is the best I have ever come across in NHS. High five to the whole team.

I'm now 59yrs old
Have still been attending the
New cross dental practice,
For my routine 3 months check up
Both brother's ( its their sister who has left sadly
whom was outstanding)
Just has the 2 brother's are
I wouldn't recommend such a marvellous Dental practice if not true!
The 2 receptionists
Are friendly welcoming helpful

Rest assured your be very looked after has a patient

I was thrilled with my experience at New Cross Dental Practice, I knew there must be good reason that I was recommended to go here by a friend.
I was greeted well upon arrival and both of my appointments were on-time!! Not often you can say that...
Ellen McGibbon was my dentist. I hadn't been for (too long) so I was pretty apprehensive about going. Ellen could see that I was a bit on edge, but made me feel very comfortable. She did very well to explain thoroughly each and every thing she did. She took her time, ensured I was OK and also helped distract me from what was happening. On top of that, I was very happy with the results of my fillings, and 2 months down the line I've had no issues whatsoever, very pleased. Thank you Ellen, and New Cross!

Most recent appointment following an altercation with a bacon baguette the day before. Due to a cancellation had my chipped front tooth re-capped straight away today, excellent, thank you!

My dentist is very professional and reliable. She explains everything clearly and offers advice to help. Reception staff also really friendly and nice.

Amazing dental practice. I have always been a bit anxious about going to the dentist, but I have only had a positive experience here. The reception team are so friendly and welcoming, and the dentists are professional and gentle. You don’t have to wait too long for an appointment, and you can be seen quickly in an emergency. All round fantastic service!

Dr Lewus was so lovely and reassuring, talked me through the process as she worked which made me feel more comfortable. Ladies on the desk were super kind and helpful too, fitting me in for an urgently needed follow up appointment when someone cancelled. Really nice experience all round, thank you!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. My first time of visiting the dentist and it was amazing, the receptionists were awesome and so polite. No discrimination between NHS patients and Private Patients.

The Dentist Philipa was also outstanding and my teeth cleaning was really good. Best teeth cleaning that I have ever had in years. And she also gave me good advice on how to keep my teeth clean.

I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good dentist!
