Excellent Hygienist Victoria and Excellent Principal Dentist Himal … plus lovely receptionists who I will make sure to find out their names!!! Unsurprisingly 53% of us do NOT like going to the dentist with 17% of those never going!! If you are fearful - try New Cross … they will make you feel at ease and help you look after your teeth!

Dr Haj is friendly and professional. Makes my visits fuss-free and I’m encouraged to return knowing she’ll put my mind at ease. The staff are polite and organised and appointments are very easy to book.

I felt a little nervous going for the first time but everyone was very welcoming and I was very much looked after.

Neel and Victoria have been looking after me for a while now and they’re always very professional and courteous. Reanne was also very helpful recently in reattaching a crown that had come loose. A shout out too to all the reception staff! Highly recommended.

Came to this dentist for the first time in April, Dr Himal was very informative in my consultation appointment. I then got a follow up appointment with the Hygienist Victoria and that was a great experience for a first-timer.
Overall very happy with my experience here so far. I've even recommended other people to the practice. The dentists and receptionists are all very welcoming especially Zandy who managed to squeeze me into a last minute cancellation. I'll be back again soon!

Roxana is awesome! I’d not been to the dentist or hygienist for over 12 years and was nervous I might have done permanent damage. Roxana has been so incredibly thorough, kind and patient with me. She set out a treatment plan and worked with me to show me what I can do at home and how to use everything properly - I’d never even heard of an inter-dental brush before! We had a couple of intensive sessions close together to get me back on track and she was extremely gentle and took everything nice and slow, explaining everything and making sure I wasn’t having any discomfort. I’m so pleased that I’m now back to great healthy gums and no permanent issues! On a personal note, Roxana has been just so supportive and really motivating, giving me a much needed boost to the point where I rather enjoy coming back and checking on progress! She also never lets me leave without making sure my beard is still in good shape! The whole practice in fact are just brilliant, so kind, professional and genuinely lovely atmosphere. Roxana and her colleagues make it a highlight coming to the dentist and never a chore! I’m reformed!

Really friendly and literally teeth saving service (both the dentists and hygienist Victoria). Spotted bad gum disease over the 202 and 2021 lockdown and thanks to the diligence in treating and immediate work done on cleaning -- which eventually led to a referral for hospital periodontal treatment -- halted what looked like inevitable tooth loss. All conducted in a warm but honest manner.

Reliable place, having always been here for my yearly check up. Dr HH gives sound advice and options on treatment if needed. Assistants are always full of smiles and welcoming. Xrays are done to confirm initial observation. Happy to have found a high quality dental practice near my home.

I am so glad we finally moved to this practice and I wish we had done so years ago! Dr Rodrigues was thorough, kind, friendly, knowledgeable very clear in explaining to the children and me what was going on with our teeth, showing us X-rays and giving advice on cleaning. All the staff were lovely, the reception staff were helpful and welcoming, and I was able to book a convenient after school appointment for next time. We are a very happy family - thank you so much!

Always receive a warm welcome and after treatment with Victoria Akinfenwa, one of the Hygienists, I leave with what feels like a new set of my own teeth. My Dentist, Dr Neel Harani provides an all-round professional and excellent dental service.

Anyone who knows me knows I hate anything dental but Victoria is so lovely and calm, gentle but thorough, intuitive to my sensitivity and acts quickly and accordingly without making me feel bad, very informative, non-judgemental and genuinely encourages and empowers you to what's best for you. 10 / 10

Neel Hirani, one of the co-owners of this practice, is without doubt the most knowledgable and skilled dentist I've met. He always has time to explain the medical science of whats going on with your teeth, has great huge screens to show you the x-rays and example etc... of whats happening in your mouth and will keep answering questions until you are satisified to make a decision about your treatment where necessary.

I recently had a poor experience with an emergency dentist elsewhere, I emailed New Cross Dental Practice general address about about it, Neel phoned me the same day despite being on leave 2 days before Christmas. He took the time to understand the situation then explained what had happened & why. He booked me in for a check-up a week later, which I cancelled since things improved, yet he still phoned me to check how things were 2 days after the cancelled appointment, because thats the level to which he goes with his patients.

I've been with him 10 years and will never leave - absolute hero dentist with a great team and modern facilities. 100% recommended.

Himal and his brother have an enthusiasm for their practice, and are very happy, to spend time discussing all procedures and alternatives, and will not hurry you into a decision.
