Everything was timely

My first impression was really good as I am a carer and time is of great importance. Everything was timely. The dentist explained what needed to be done very clearly and her action took away my fear of the things to be done

Could not fault anything when I visited “New Cross Dental Practice”. From the time I introduced myself to the receptionist to the nurse and especially the Doctor /Dentist who examined me, extremely satisfied.

A nervous patient

I am a very nervous patient so I have not been for a number of years. The dentist was very patient and took her time to explain everything that was going on, and how I should be caring for my teeth moving forward.

Absolutely incredible service - the friendliest people and always very prompt. I now live the other side of London but will always come back to New Cross because of the wonderful people and thorough service. I have been going since 2019 and the staff always explain everything they are doing and make me feel so at ease!
