Really kind, reassuring

I’m not sure if Anum and Eva deliberately adapted the way they did my appointment because I mentioned my disability in the pre-forms, or they give the same service to everyone - but either way it was the best dental appointment I’ve had. Really kind, reassuring, took the time to explain things in detail beforehand and afterwards, checked I understood - they could give training to health professionals on how to be inclusive!!

I have always hated the dentist. I still work myself up into a frenzy. However every time I go it's fine. I've gone to a few dentists over the years, but Coulsdon is by far the best.
