My experience

Did not appreciate being kept waiting 10 minutes.
No apology offered or even acknowledgement of running late.
Brutal but true.
Some of your receptionists need to learn not to discuss the practice business in front of the clients.
That to me is very unprofessional.
No problems beyond that, the medieval torture went as planned.
Lady dentist polite and focused and just got on with it.
Which is only what one expects.
It was a better than expected experience.
