Staff are always courteous and helpful. Dental treatment has been very good, re-booked for my six-monthly check and hygienist clean-up.

A very good experience
Saw the hygienist, all scrubbed and polished in 20 minutes, no pain. Receptionists are always very nice and helpful. Surgery is always very clean and tidy too. Overall, a very good experience today. Thanks very much to everyone.

Coming to this dental practice for the first time, I was very skeptical due to the bad experience from two previous dental practices, where it was always about the quantity and not the quality of patient treatment. What a wonderfully pleasant surprise I was when I came to this dentist in COULSDON. Great girls at the reception who are always there to help, dental nurses and dentists are very reliable, helpful, professional and thorough in treatment. OUTSTANDING QUALITY OF CARE.

Pleasant and welcoming
The dentist is lovely, Mr Karim, but the appointment system isn’t as efficient as it should be. I’ve also asked on numerous occasions to be called back by the practice manager to which I’ve received no reply.
Ultimately, I’ve given the stars I have because the dentist is very good and is pleasant and welcoming.

Always treats us with kindness
I have had a life-long phobia of going to the dentist until now but our dentist is fantastic. He always treats us with kindness and gives us good advice about looking after our teeth. My teeth have never been in better condition and I have gone for several years now without needing any treatment. I would never go anywhere else and I actually don’t dread going to the dentist now.
