Coulsdon Dental Practice

I have bridge work that needed repair. Dr. Coulsdon was able to get me in for appointment right away and fixed my issue.

The office has a very friendly and helpful staff. Great energy and positive vibe.

I am originally from Seattle. If I were to move back, I would make the trip because of the fabulous experience and great work.

If you want the best, use Coulsdon Dental. You wont regreat.

The dentists, hygienists and reception staff are always helpful and they make sure the experience is comfortable. Have always found it easy to get an appointment.

Having recently moved to the Coulsdon area with my partner I really needed to get myself booked in for a dentist check up, because of Covid-19 I hadn't been seen for over a year and thought things needed checking. The staff on the reception were very helpful and made me feel at ease within the waiting area, wearing the correct PPE and creating conversation to calm my nerves. Grace, the dentist who I saw, reassured me from the start and I felt like I was in safe hands. She calmed me down and made me feel at ease within the environment, talking to me and taking her time rather than a quick dash visit like some other dentists. As a child I had a few bad experiences which has makes me a very nervous patient but Grace was wonderful, I don't think I have ever felt this happy and relaxed with a dentist. She did such a very professional job I can't fault her. I also wanted to thank the dental nurse, Abigail, in the surgery with Grace, she was very supportive and caring towards me, almost motherly from start to finish, and made me feel like I had that second person in there caring for me. I am very happy with coulsdon dental practice and would recommend them to anyone, whether you are particularly nervous patient or not, the service is outstanding!

I needed to make an appointment for my daughters and the receptionist Lisa was so professional due to Covid there are some rules put in place but she explained everything throughly and was very patient with all the questions I had I wish other surgery’s had someone like this I usually have people wanting to rush off the phone

Great service from Dr Karim. Best dentist I have been to after some very bad experiences with other practices.

Had a great experience coming to Coulsdon Dental Practice, in particular Dr Karim. Usually quite anxious about the dentists but he was patient, clear in explaining my treatment plan and was pleasantly surprised by the prices. I travel over an hour to get here and would continue to do so in future.

I am extremely happy with the overall service and experience I’ve had at Coulsdon Dental Practice. The receptionist were very helpful and happy too! I saw Dr Ysobel Dunstan who was very patient with me and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend this Dental Practice, very pleased.

Having had regular visits over the past 18 months for Invisalign treatment with Dr Sejil I cannot recommend the team enough - I am extremely happy with the results.
I used to fear visiting the dentist but am glad I have now found a practice I can trust as well as put me at ease when visiting.

Extremely pleasant experience, the receptionists was kind and very understanding for the starters, gave me appointment on an urgent basis straight away, although had difficulty getting through, as the line was very busy. The Dentist was very professional, considerate, helpful, made me comfortable, thorough and Graceful. Was scared to go the dentist for quite long time but came out very content. The dentist, staff and reception are helpful and professional. They are flexible when it comes to booking. Good experiences with the dentist which I find her professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Considering the NHS Dentist are under pressure due to budgets the dentist still does a excellent job and genuinely cares.

and just visited them again for more treatment. Again they were outstanding. Also very friendly receptionists considering what they currently have to put up with in terms of the pandemic. Can't recommend them enough.

Maybe I've just been lucky, but I'm very happy with my dentist at this practice. She's thorough and conscientious, taking time to explain everything properly and writing up comprehensive notes. Yes, it's very hard to get through to the receptionist at times but this is the NHS, which is hugely over-burdened. When they're busy, I've used the email facility and it's worked fine.

My dentist is amazing.
