After several days of increasing pain, I of course left it till the bank holiday to seek help... DOH! So 111 put me in touch with Pooba and her team, who eliminated the severe pain I was in, with charm and humour. I usually never give reviews, but this place really deserves a 5 stars one! Dr. Tooba was very friendly and very professional. She took her time to explain every procedure that she was doing. So far, the best dentist I ever had! The members of staff also were incredibly polite and friendly especially Silvia at the front desk.
Overall, I had a really nice experience and I really recommend this dental practice!

Absolutely amazing reception team and customer service on their side. I must say a huge special thank you to Olita who was so proactive and understandable about my previous poor experience with a certain dentist at their practice and went an extra mile ensuring I’ve got the best treatment on my follow up visit. All appointments have been booked very quickly with minimum waiting time.
My tooth was repaired at no extra costs and I have been booked for a second check up with another dentist - Dr Toola.

The lovely Silvia on reception went above and beyond for me today to make sure I received the right course of treatment there and then for a rather nasty dental emergency! Silvia and the dentist I eventually saw were both such kind and warm women - they did such a fantastic job for me I feel very grateful :)
