I used to be scared and frightened to visit dentist back 23 years ago but when I visited Greenwich Dental Practice. The Staff and specifically Dr Mehrdad made me very welcome with their best customer service and Amazing gentle treatment. I and my family and friends booking our appointment only at the Greenwich Dental Practice, since that time.

Fast service, everywhere was clean and tidy. The receptionists were very friendly and nice. Silvia and Julia are the best receptionist that I've ever meet. I thank them for their great customer service.
The dentist who saw me was nice, she gave me great advice, even though I only went for a consultation, I was not treated poorly. They used safety equipments and gloves. Even to use a small cotton bud, the assistant used a swizzle to pick it up.
I am not a registered member yet, and I don't really know the prices. It was not busy when I went, and only one person in the waiting room.
There are 3 floors in the building, no lift and stairs are very narrow, also there's a toilet for people who wants to use the loo. Rooms are not too cold or hot in the building. There is a ramp to enter the building at the entrance, which is good for disabled people.
Highly recommended dentist.

Like many people I suffer acute anxiety when visiting the dentist. For that reason I haven't been for many years. I recently joined this practice and they have been very kind and understanding. The reception team went the extra mile to make me feel safe and welcome. My dentist Anira was amazing. I had root canal and three fillings and I did not feel a thing. Really, not a thing. She was so kind, careful and reassuring throughout. I feel very happy to come back and will not be afraid of further treatment. Thank you so much.
