Basis and helped me with me unbearable pain.I.am speechless and happily impressed by the consideration I was given today and is highly appreciated.

Excellent dental care and facilities, and fantastic dentists.
I was new to the practice. I had to have emergency treatment for a lost filling and severe infection. I have always had a general phobia of dentists since childhood so needed abit more care than your average person but my dentist was fantastic with me. I've decided to not only get more work done, but to take my kids there for their braces.

Everyone I have encountered at GDP has exceeded expectations with their professional attitude underpinned with understanding and kindness. I have intense dentistry anxiety which was taken into consideration by everyone at the practice from reception staff to oral surgeon. In the I may even be able to attend the dentist feeling relaxed and confident.

I was referred to the Clinic via 111 as an emergency appointment. Dr Tamara who saw me was very welcoming. During my treatment she was extremely caring and delicate. She clearly explained to me what she will do. After few hours I didn't feel any pain. Usually I am scared of the dentist but this visit was one of the nicest one. Dr Tamara was very friendly and professional. Other staff were very kind as well. Thank You Very Much Tamara.☺️

Rachel was at her job and fixed my grim teeth. Would thoroughly recommend, was always very friendly and efficient.

had a horrendous toothache that had kept me from sleeping from sunday 12.00am till 3.00pn monday 5th oct 2020. rang my dentist whom wanted 40 pounds to see me but no procedural treatment to cure my tooth ache. i had a large hole in one my lower molars, i knew it would to a root canal to fix it. i almost gave in to my dentist due to the unbearable pain i was in. Bu t i refused to pay that money and not get the situation sorted. i rang the nhs emergency line and the got the Greenwich Dental Practice to contact me. i asked if i could get an appointment that day and was informed they were fully booked. so i agreed to an appointment for the next day. as soon as i put the phone down my toothache went through the roof. i knew i couldnt take the pain any longer so i rang back the GDP and pleaded for them to allow me to come to the offices on the off chance that someone might cancel and maybe i could get seen.

i turned up they were really nice and empathetic but no one had cancelled. fortunately one appointment did not take long and i was able to be seen. i had a root canal which didnt take long and completely sorted my problem. thank god for this practice and these lovely people gotta say Chelsea was extra special!

oh and it only cost 22 quid.

I have a firm belief that the measure of a great business, regardless of the industry is how well they recover from an unfortunate incident or an unfulfilled expectation. The Greenwich Dental Practice have blown me away with their response.

Having had a previously fitted crown come loose and become damaged, I was anxious how my issue would be handled. From the moment I presented myself to them, they could not have done more to make me feel listened too and valued. Chelsea, the practice manager and her team have been extraordinarily patient, calm and kind. My new crown, has been fitted expertly and I could not be happier.

I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend the practice.

What a fab dental practice!! We had an emergency appt for my 6 year old daughter this evening and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better emergency dentist. The ladies working on reception were friendly when entering, the dentist was running on time and made my very nervous girlie feel at ease and comfortable. Definitely recommend this practice and only wish we lived closer so this could be our regular dentist!

Was referred to this dentist via 111 for emergency treatment for a tooth extraction that was infected. The dentist that treated me was efficient and did a fantastic job. The staff very friendly but very professional. I am so impressed with the care I received that I will be looking to register as a new patient at this practise. I would highly recommend using this practise if your looking for a good dentist.

My son had braces fitted in October 2018 and was under the care of Jade, he has had his braces off august 2020 By Rachel and his teeth are perfect. Great experience overall with this practice
