I have seen the same dentist for the last couple of years now and she's great. Very matter of fact, but even so is great at putting this very nervous patient at ease.
Wait times can get a bit silly sometimes, but overall a pretty good practice which has benefited from the recent refurbishment.

I am so grateful! I visited the practice earlier today and I had an appointment with Aimee. She is so Approachable with a professional attitude willing to explain everything. I didn’t have an appointment but due to a last minute appointment the receptionist fitted me in that was really kind. I highly recommend this dental practice to everyone. Close from cutty sark & Greenwich station is very convenient the location

I have been coming to this practice for over 15 years. It has changed a lot but we still get the same fantastic service. I have never felt that they do treatment unnecessarily as I did at other practices. They are great with my children and I highly recommend it.

Hi Junelle, thank you for your review. We provide an NHS service for all local children who need braces.
We are restricted by NHS funding on the number of children we can treat each year. There are currently over 1200 children on our waiting list for an initial consultation with the orthodontists. The NHS will not fund a repeat course of treatment which costs thousands of pounds. Our practice policy is not to treat patients that have missed over 10 appointments although this was waived in your case.
I am glad you find the receptionists polite.
