My experience today with Dr Musaab was a great one, felt almost like I was seeing an acquaintance not the dentist.
He was very attentive at my needs and help me leave the practice with a missive smile on my face.. which I think we all want once we depart from a dentist appointment.
The receptionist was also very nice and although it was quite crowded I haven’t felt the normal tension experienced when you arrive in a place and you are not acknowledged.

Greenwich Dental practice were willing to replace my right front tooth crown even though it's had come out 3 times. I was very very grateful for their efforts and their courtesy towards me. My experience was absolutely brilliant.
I have a life long phobia about dentists so I am an extremely nervous patient.
However, I felt at ease and I did not even realise my tooth had been extracted!
The only slight problem is that there is no lift. As I am disabled with arthritis I had to be extremely careful on the stairs.
Overall, I am extremely pleased and satisfied.
My congratulations to all on doing a great job. I will not hesitate to use their services again should I need to.

Understanding and compassionate
My tooth broke out of the blue and the reception team managed to book me for an emergency appointment the next day. The emergency dentist did her best to temporarily fix it until my proper appointment next week. Very professional people but not robots. Understanding and compassionate instead. From the ground floor all the way up!
