Fantastic customer service
A bit of a wait, but fantastic customer service. First time at this dental practice, firstly signing up, I was listened to, hugely helpful. Reminded a day prior to the appointment, got there, busy, but friendly staff checked me in. A lady came to collect me by name, took me to the dentist (Ms Desai) again, professional, felt like I was in an F1 pitstop, fast, efficient and genuinely felt heard when discussing my teeth and treatment. Happy to leave poor feedback, but this was excellent.
