First class
I first visited this building back in the 1990s and have seen many dentists over the years. This building has much changed Looks great. Had to use the lift for the first time, super. Dentist made feel relaxed through conversation. His treatment is first class. What more can I say!

Good but major time keeping issue
My appointment was for 10.50. I was seen at 11.35. Luckily I didn't have car parking problems or another appointment soon after. The appointment was very satisfactory only the timing was a problem.

Dr Ade was very pleasant and wasted no time sorting out the problem with my teeth.

What you’d expect
Generally a good availability of appointments. Was asked to fill in forms via a text message which was a nice time saver on the day, however I was kept waiting for 20 mins past my appointment time. Staff are generally very nice and explain things clearly, Private costs are quite pricey, but expected for London.

Temporary Crown
Tooba prepared and inserted a temporary crown. I Have 2 already fitted so knew what to expect. Tooba went through the options in terms of NHS and private. No problems encountered during the work or indeed now 4 hours later. Have used the same practice for 40 years and seen it change and improve over this time.

Needed urgent filling replaced
I was leaving for a long trip to Australia in 24 hours and managed to lose a filling. I got an appointment the same day and the filling was replaced at the appointed time with no fuss. Good advice given.
