The staff were professional, polite and caring.

The quality of the care from the welcome to the treatment. All treatment was explained along with options and fees. There is a real attention to detail, ensuring that my filling was the best it could be checking in with me, filing down a bit and then checking again after the filing. This communicated confidence, quality and care which I really value and appreciate.

The dentist was very understanding and was very helpful. And made things clear on what treatment I will need. A referral was made just having to wait for an appointment for that.

The appointment was a review, following treatment I had had a few weeks previously and, as expected, X-rays and further examination revealed that more investigations need to be conducted before deciding on the next steps. Therefore my dentist referred me to a specialist in the same practice. I have been a patient at Greenwich Dental for about 46 years, and although the practice, ownership and personnel have obviously changed, I have always been fully satisfied with the treatment I have received, and have been quietly confident in the skills and standards of the dentists I have had. I do not live locally, but it is well worth the travel time to get to Greenwich Dental. My current dentist, Dr. Tooba, is lovely - cheerful, friendly, amusing, knowledgeable and efficient, and I know that I am in good hands under her care.

I just needed antibiotics for my tooth infection which is swollen. Why is it so hard? I can't miss a day of work or I don't get paid.
Also, please try not to rush when speaking with/treating patients. It gives them the strong impression that they're not worth your time.
It is the nhs and I am paying as I work. Why do I have to keep on suffering? Waiting months to have 1 tooth extracted? I have 6.
I say all this respectfully. And I have to be honest, otherwise there's no point.

I was seen urgently on the same day and needed composite bonding that was done at the same time. Dr Amy Patel was efficient and did a good job.
