Kind, thorough
Dr. Tomlinson was kind, thorough, and super knowledgeable. He made a very stressful time a lot better. The practice has state of the art equipment and great music too! I can't fault it.

The dentist fixed the wrong tooth, I understand it was the one next to the tooth I asked her to do but that tooth had a much less urgent issue and we agreed upon the one next to it so I understand but still it's very frustrating. The lady I saw was very nice as was the reception it's just ashame the mistake was made as now I have to go back again, very inconvenient.

My experience
After making an appointment to see a particular dentist, got a text message on the morning of appointment to say due to unforeseen circumstances it was cancelled, another appointment was made, again on the morning of said appointment cancelled due to dentist unwell, another date arranged over the phone, got a text informing me all well, looking forward to seeing me. Arrived at dentist, guy on the reception looked perplexed when I gave name etc...take a seat in waiting room. Gets called, totally different dentist awaits me!! Goes back upstairs, sorry will make you ANOTHER appointment!!! This is now 3 times I've taken time out to visit, still haven't seen the dentist, the service at this reception is so poor, have got another attempt to see the dentist I've requested at the end of the month....will I get to see him? Remains to be seen. Have been using this dental practice all my life, I'm now 65. It's definitely gone down hill in my honest opinion. Still who cares eh?

Treated my Dad in a kind manner
The dentist and nurse were very polite and kind. The dentist explained clearly and concisely what needed to be done next. They treated my Dad in a kind manner and constantly reassured him during the procedure to extract a tooth, making sure he was comfortable and pain free.
