My experience

The dentist was lovely. However, I was quoted "around £180" for a filling back in June then when I had the appointment today (October) I was charged £250. I was never told that a white filling was private nor that larger teeth cost more. What was I supposed to do at that point? The filling had been done and I had to pay £70 more than expected because no one told me the cost. I had 3 emails, a phone call and text messages to remind me of the appointment but still no quote in writing prior to the appointment. This is ridiculous and I don't know how they expect people to be able to drop £250 without previously telling them. No wonder so many people cannot afford the dentist.

Treatment was fine. Front desk team disorganised and distracted again. People who have just had anaesthetics might find it difficult to speak - surely they can empathise with that?!
