Great relief from pain

Pain late on Friday of the Bank holiday weekend. I called 111, they in turn contacted Greenwich Dental. They helpfully gave me an emergency appointment within the hour. They diagnosed that I needed root canal treatment. This was completed very well, no longer any pain. Thank you to all your staff for being so efficient.

My experience

I had my appointment booked for a certain time which they offered but then changed the time on the day asking me to come earlier because the dentist decided to leave earlier.
They asked me to explain the issue and just fit in a temporary filling and told me to go find another dentist to resolve the issue. I could have done this anywhere else had I known this was the service I received.

Highly recommend

Dr Azza is honestly the loveliest dentist I’ve ever had. I have such bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. She re checks, confirms and really eases me. She gives me all options and prices and is very open and clear on what she’s about to do. The front desk are also super lovely and welcoming. Highly recommend.
