My experience

Was prescribed antibiotics and a mouthwash by the dentist for an emergency appointment but he did not do any cleaning, I was told to get an appointment with my regular dentist even though professional cleaning is one of the first and most important step to treat my gingivitus.

My experience

The receptionists were very good and helpful. But the emergency dentist was very harsh with me, I don’t know why. I was very nervous and in pain the dentist asked me what’s the problem I was trying to tell him but it’s like I was trying to waste his time.

My experience

Arrived early, seen late. Appointment took minutes, very hurried, no attempt at bedside manner.
All the patient forms were just marketing data collection with loaded questions not clearly marked as optional. Misuse of medical data at best, predatory at worst. Most certainly a breach of GDPR to attempt to collect data you have no tangible use for.

My experience

Paid £25.80 for an emergency service only to be prescribed £9 antibiotics, which I could’ve got myself. Complete waste of time, money and didn’t even help with the pain.
