Excellent response via a 111 referral, I do have a dentist phobia and was put at ease by the Dr I saw.
Need to find another dentist (NHS or Private) as was de-registered by my local one.

I have a massive fear of dentists and to be lectured by the dentist while you’re in the middle of a panic attack is not what I need. There was no empathy, I felt embarrassed and like a massive inconvenience. Visits like this are what put me off. Grateful that you saw me last minute but treat your patients as humans. The nurse and the reception staff were lovely, just the dentist that made me feel like that.
