The dentist was very professional and gave excellent advice.

Appointment was late due to emergency patient but I was quickly in and out after the appointment began, instructions were clear on how to improve dental health.

I am treated with care and respect, there are a lot of women working there who are really friendly and relaxed. I have been at this practice for about twenty five years, had some complex dental care and I would not go anywhere else.

I previously was a patient at the surgery for many years and left due to very poor communication.

After being approached to rejoin the surgery following their change of management and refurbishment/rebranding I rejoined the surgery.

Initially, everything was OK but unfortunately, it didn't last long.

I attended in April 2022 and I am still awaiting the treatment promised then. I have chased and chased and I still wait.

I telephoned today and was offered an emergency appointment being told I would be offered a clean and temporary fillings to rectify my issues. I was also given incorrect information twice after chasing details of my long-awaited referral.

I saw the dentist for less than 10 minutes in which he did not listen to me and simply kept repeating he is only a 101 emergency dentist. He plied me with a prescription and sent me on my way saying I had to see my regular dentist.

I had to pay for the appointment and I am still not sure for what. I guess the catch was in making me pay before I even opened my mouth. I did challenge the dentist and receptionist, but of course with no success.

To say I was extremely dissatisfied would be an understatement.

I felt I was in good hands with Dr Ade. He is an experienced and capable dentist who put me at ease. I now have two new teeth which make eating so much more comfortable and now no further worries about future loss.

All the people working there are helpful, dental service was excellent.

Friendly and professional staff.

I joined in since covid times when it was hard to find any dentists and haven’t looked back since! I seen a few different dentists at the clinic they all been great but the one we are seeing now is by far the best dentist I ever seen, he is the most gentle especially as I usually come and see him with my 6 year old.

Professional but having to wait more than an hour and a half beyond my opponent time and watching every one who came later than being served first.
