Staff friendly and efficient at reception and the dental staff are friendly and tell you exactly what they are doing and why. They also give plenty of time for your questions.

The practice appeared clean. All staff I encountered were polite and attentive. I received a quick solution to my issue and given great advice.

I was referred here by 111 as I had been experiencing on going pain and sensitivity in my teeth.

The receptionist called me and was first going to booked me in the next day but then asked if I can be seen the same day and thankfully! She “squeezed” me in! 😊 she asked for my email and sent me a link in the text to fill out a number of sections for the online forms which took me about 20-30 minutes. - They do asked a lot of questions and for detailed information! 😳

I waited for about 20 minutes to be seen and waited a little while longer when I got in the room as the dentist was looking at maybe the previous patient file?

He examined my teeth and took an X-ray and couldn’t see any problems. Then mention teeth grinding which is something I do due to stress. He recommended telling my current dentist about a mouth guard and said I need to relax with regards to life.

He prescribed some pain medication and 2 boxes of fluoride toothpaste so I will see how that all goes. Fingers crossed!

Overall good dentist! Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and inviting waiting area which looked fresh and bright! Love the blue chairs! - looked like heaven! 😂 I like that they have a lift for wheel chair users and those with buggies or prams.

I may even register here in the future. 😊

Excellent care, organisation and general services.

Oliver had a great reassuring manner, was highly competent, assistant and reception staff were courteous and efficient.

The initial appointment for the work required on my dentist visit was quite bad, it took a very long time to perform the agreed works which in the end have not turned out to be what was agreed.
But, the approach of the doctor to help me deal with the disappointment and the pain that followed showed me that this practice cares about their patients and although people make mistakes, the acknowledgement and the steps to rectify this afterwards were really important and I am grateful they helped me manage my period of sadness.
I will continue to use the services of the practice as both the staff and the doctors are friendly, responsive, listen and try their best to help.
I was just very unlucky on my original appointment.
