Resolving lower centre gum recession causing nerve pain
Came to the practice about 6 days ago, saw the dentist Tuba on the 20th and before that on the 15th of June, she did some removal of plaque and did a filling, though on inspection I can't see any filling, meanwhile the treatment was handled very roughly, forcing my lower lip far ajar, now I've got blisters/ulcers and have tried many recipes like salt and water (recommended) and collected a prescription which I can't get a pharmacy to complete (4 pharmacies) so here I am a week later with very soar inner lip and gums and no remedies! It doesn't bear well as I just handed in a hospital report to the dentist with a long list of the treatment needed.

My experience
The care I received was way beyond standard. The nurse was lovely but the dentist treating me was terrible. Having read their reviews I was initially glad to be referred to them but having had the treatment I think it just depends who one gets referred to. I’m back being in pain just less than a week and the filling has already fallen out.. nothing was
told to me before taking an x-ray but was asked to open my mouth and the little card was stuck. When he removed it, I further and asked what was that! He informed it was an x-ray. Also prior to the x-ray he refused to accept I had a bad cavity and literally told me in the face but seems as I insisted there was one, he then after the x-ray agreed. I’m a nervous patient I think depends on who one gets referred to but out of choice I’d avoid it..

My experience
Had to make a 111 phone call and luckily enough was given the appointment so I’m happy about that but being in excruciating pain due to a wisdom tooth hoping they would remove the tooth to ease the pain the did not. They have done in previous appointments and have left the same way I came in to the appointment… in pain.

I went with an excruciating pain in the back of my mouth. But I feel like I was conned out of my money, as the dentist just glanced at my tooth and didn't give me the proper service I was expecting. Terrible service!
