Clear advice and recommendations
I had a check-up with Payal Shah to look at a little brown stain that had appeared and she explained what had probably caused it and advised on the best action to take. She’s always so friendly and helpful, with clear advice and recommendations.
During the check-up she also spotted another issue that will require an expert opinion and was extremely helpful in enabling me to progress this. She’s been my dentist for a number of years and I always feel in safe hands!

The dentist was amazing. Very kind and explained everything. The receptionist unfortunately wasn’t as nice. When you’re an anxious patient, engaging with rude or unfriendly receptionists isn’t helpful.

I had emergency molar situation I phoned to ask to register for NHS and the lady on the phone was very nice she said yes you can come to fill a form here or to register online, and went straight away filled form it and got an appointment then next day phoned for any cancellation went for emergency check with the doctor and have helped me, everyone there is very nice the ladies at the reception and the doctor and the helpers thank you 🙏

I’ve been an NHS patient here for over 2 years, and it has been the best dental experience for me. Dr. Hardeep is one of the best dentists I’ve ever met—she is professional, kind, and caring. I never feel any stress during my visits. The reception team are always polite, respectful, and helpful.
Last time, I was very close to losing my tooth, but thanks to Dr. Hardeep’s excellent care, it was saved, and I received a filling. Now I feel much more confident and grateful. I was also pleasantly surprised to be treated on the same day I booked my appointment. I truly appreciate the exceptional care provided by Rodericks Dental Partners.
